Symposium Sponsor (max 2 and only available for Platinum/Gold sponsors)

  • 30 min. symposium in the conference program, timing TBC
  • Topic and speaker to be approved by the local org. committee
  • All costs related to speaker to be paid by the sponsor

Exhibition only

DKK 2.000 per m2

  • Min. size is 2×2 m = 4 m2
  • No free registrations – booth staff must register at DKK 2.000 pr. person

Other suggestions for sponsorships:

Staff t-shirts, banners, advertisement on stage between scientific presentations, advertisement in program

The sponsor levels are suggestions. Please feel free to ask for individual appointments.

All rates are subject to 25% Danish VAT.
All sponsored activities are subject to approval by the Organizing Committee.
Once sponsorship is confirmed, cancellation is not possible.
