Payment / cancellation
Payment upon registration by credit card.
For cancellations or reductions made before January 10th, 2025, the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK 350.
For cancellations or reductions made after this date no refunds will be made, however if you want to hand over your registration to a collegaue, we can change the name free of charge. This applies to both the registration fee, social events and accommodation. Cancellation/reduction/name change of an existing booking can be made by sending an e-mail to: reg@meetingplanners.dk
